Carrying on the family tradition.
Since his passing, Jodice & Sons have been in the able hands of Paul Senior’s sons, Paul Junior and Anthony. They are proudly carrying on the tradition started by their dedicated dad back in 1966. Today, Jodice & Sons take on all types of design and build projects, both commercial and residential.
Our crew consists of the crème de la crème of craftsmen, framers and finish carpenters who know how to handle anything they run into on the work site, even when the home they are working on is 150 years old. Many in our crew have been with us for over 20 years, and in some cases, there were two generations of family members employed by Jodice & Sons. This helps to make our business a true family affair.
Brothers Paul Junior and Anthony learned much from their father, and continue to be students of their trade. For example, both work closely with the many manufactures they purchase products from such as custom cabinetry, kitchen appliances, and plumbing and electrical fixtures. This enables them to know all the ins and outs, so they can do the best job possible for all of their clients.
It all starts at the design stage. Whether you are planning a new bath, kitchen or home, the right results begin with the right plans. Ideally, we at Jodice & Sons prefer to be a part of the design phase of your project. Not only do we take great pride in the designs we produce, but from our plans come great finished products. If you have already hired a designer or architect, that is okay, we can help bring their designs to life as well should you hire us to construct your project.
When you employ us, we will work with you to get to know you and your lifestyle as well as possible. This enables us to plan the design so it fits you like a glove. In addition to the aesthetics and functionality of the project, you will be pleased to know that it will be completed on time and on budget. Yes, you read right, on time and on budget.
There are other things about how we work that will please you: all of our workers are very courteous and polite; we are very neat, cleaning up after ourselves at the end of each work day and, of course, at the end of the project; we install a handy house for our crew to use so they do not intrude on your life; and we supply a dumpster where all old materials and debris are deposited for removal.
Why do we work so hard to make you happy? Well, we know from experience that in addition to the project, we also are leaving behind friends that we make during the time we spend working on the homes of our clients.
