About Us

We have specialized craftsmen on our team, who carry decades of experience. Many members of our team have been with us for over 20 years. Today, Jodice & Sons Inc has begun to employ the second generation of the Jodice family, truly making this a family business.

In the last 20 years, we've noticed a common trend of a need for living spaces for extended family members. We have worked with families and in some cases their real estate agents to look for properties where a house could be purchased and an addition can be built to accommodate the needs of all the family members.

If we can't build by-right (within the local municipalities by-laws) then we work closely with the local agents and/or commissioners of zoning, conservation, and the board of health to help assist the procurement of variances or meet local state or municipal bylaws.

We proactively work with suppliers to procure new and improved construction products and procedures. This helps us provide our customers with quality work while supporting local businesses like our own. When we take up a project, our goal is to get to know you and your lifestyle well enough that the end results will be a perfect fit for you and your family for years to come
